April 2017 Hangings

April is another busy month. I am showing…

1. Two of my paintings are in the Annual East Meadow Art Show. Reception is Sunday, April 2,between  2-4 PM, The exhibit runs thru April 25, at the  East Meadow Public Library. Flash Update: Sentinel/Vigil received third prize ribbon! That’s the painting that received Honorable Mention at the Art Guild of PW and was exhibited in the window at BJ Spoke. 

2. I am in the “AMERICA” show at the Art Guild of Port Washington, in April with “American-made” on view April 7-May 7, at 200 Port Washington Blvd., Flower Hill at the Eldersfield Preserve.

3. I have one painting on exhibit with other members, in the BJ Spoke Gallery on Main St. in Huntington, NY.

This is a much smaller print of the painting,© “Carnival” by Karen Kirshner 2016. The 30×40″ painting is on display at the BJ Spoke Gallery. If you’d like to purchase it, check it out now before it is sold. The painting is alive with color and energy.

4. One of my paintings is in the 79th Annual Guild Hall Members Exhibition, April 8 – June 3, at the Guild Hall Museum,  East Hampton, NY.

5.  “MAMA” continues on display  at Town of North Hempstead Town Hall on Plandome Rd., Manhassett, NY until April 28.
